Oscar might well be the cutest baby ever. (But only for a few more months until the new cutest baby ever arrives. He'd best enjoy the title while he has it!) I find the hats funnier if I pretend he put them on himself. Or did he?
You have exquisite taste in babies, Frankie. And, yes, Oscar put on the hats himself--telekinetically.
