Four weeks old!

It has been four weeks since Elijah marched on into this world, and we're as happy as can be.

Yesterday Elijah went with his Mom and Dad to the very wonderful wedding of Jim and Aruna. Everybody had lots of fun!

News from Day 22

And now for the big news: Yesterday, Elijah turned himself over! Right after I put him on his belly for a little tummy time, Elijah found the petard with which to hoist himself from belly to back. Hooray for Elijah!

Three weeks old!

That's hard math for the lil' guy, but he's trying to add it up. Smart baby!

Sure, he looks innocent enough...

...but entire forests quake in fear when they think about the enormous disposable-diaper-filling capailities of the mighty Elijah.

Nineteen days old and nothing but joy!

Day 18: 8 pounds, 6 ounces!

Today Elijah went for his second checkup, and he has gained almost two whole pounds! Have a look at this beauttiful, 8 pound, 6 ounce baby:


Elijah celebrated by having himself a cold one.

Then, to top off his wonderful day, Elijah had his first real bath.

Two weeks old!

Yesterday Elijah celebrated his second week by going to the drugstore so he could get more diapers.

Elijah had a bath today, and he also went to Avenue U with his Mom and Dad. Fun day!

Elijah started the day with a little light reading. Later, he went to the audiologist, and then he had a bath. Squeaky clean and he hears like a champ!

Ten whole days old!

Uncle Bill and Aunt Ina came for a visit today!
